A new exciting partnership to create more Book Boxes

Omushana Admin |

Omushana has recently partnered with the Swiss Relief Association who are raising money and collecting books to create new Book Boxes at our newest library - the Mgahinga Community Library.

Omushana is hugely grateful to the support of the Swiss Relief Association who are now fundraising, and collecting books, to create several "Book Boxes" at our Mgahinga Community Library.  Book Boxes enable us to take books to remote schools - the boxes are left in the school for a term and then swapped so that children (and teachers) have new books to read each term.  For many children it is difficult to reach the library so this is a vital way of giving them access to our Library's fantastic resources.

The first box is already on its way!
